Nordic Libraries Annual is a yearly conference focusing on topical issues in public libraries and library development. The 2025 theme was “Libraries Working Against Polarisation.” The conference took place in Helsinki on October 29–30, 2025, and included library visits and presentations in Maijansali at Oodi Central Library. The event was organized by Finland’s Regional State Administrative Agencies in collaboration with Kirjastokaista (Library Channel – Bibliotekskanalen) and funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Kirjastokaista live-streamed the full day of presentations, and the recordings are available on the Library Channel.
