In this talk, professor Mary Flanagan talks about her research both making and studying games. From digital games to sports and card games, Flanagan has found that games can increase diversity and increase pro-social phenomenon such as perspective taking. Join her to hear about the hidden world behind games!

Mary Flanagan is an artist and game designer as well as a renowned academic. She directs the game research lab Tiltfactor, and is professor at Dartmouth College in the USA. In 2015 she was appointed Professor II in a part time position at Digital Culture at the University of Bergen.
