When we were asked to become a partner in a seminar on sustainable development, our answer was yes. We were familiar with the organizer and the topic of the conference was important. When P\u00e4ivi Jokitalo was asked to facilitate the conference online, we had the perfect starting points!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COVID-19 has forced us to stream webinars from the home instead of going to conferences and seminars to stream them from the live event. Library Channel cameramen have accumulated a strong knowledge of the technical implementation of high-quality streams. This year has also made them webinar professionals.<br> <br> A two-day webinar \u201cNordic Libraries Annual: Towards Sustainable Futures\u201d was held on 5th and 6th November 2020. The first Nordic Libraries Annual conference concentrates on public libraries and sustainability. We approach sustainability from different points of view, as well as different points of expertise.
