Ineke has worked in libraries most of her career, with a sidestep into the medical world for 9 years. In those years she learned a lot about managing people and it fired up her interest in psychology. For the last 10 years she has been working for the Erasmus University Library as a manager of several departments. She loves change and helping people to see that change is a fact and that it can be great fun.<\/p>\n

Reshape 2019 gathed librarians and other professionals from different countries to the newly opened, amazing Helsinki Central Library Oodi May, 6th \u2013 7th, 2019. This year\u2019s theme is Reshaping Lives and Libraries. It<\/p>\n
